David Bogle brings more than three decades of leadership, operations, and management experience to Bogle Law. A Texas native, David spent more than 20 years as an executive with Target Corporation, where he built a reputation for developing high-performing teams, streamlining operations, and delivering results in complex and fast-paced environments. Since joining Bogle Law in 2007, he has become an invaluable resource to the firm, providing critical operational, investigative, and litigation support that helps attorneys effectively serve their clients.

During his career with Target Corporation, David played an instrumental role in expanding and strengthening operations in both the Dallas and Southwest Florida markets. As a senior retail executive overseeing SuperTarget operations, he led organizations of more than 300 team members and was responsible for operational excellence, strategic planning, compliance, financial performance, and talent development. His extensive management experience continues to provide a strong foundation for his leadership role at Bogle Law.

As Bogle Law's Operations Director, David serves as a vital support resource to the firm's attorneys and legal staff. His primary focus is ensuring that attorneys can devote their time and attention to legal strategy, client advocacy, litigation, and case management rather than administrative and operational demands. Drawing upon nearly two decades of experience with the firm, David oversees operational processes, coordinates investigations, conducts public records research, assists with legal research projects, and helps identify resources necessary to address complex legal issues. When cases require specialized expertise, he facilitates the engagement of forensic accountants, expert witnesses, private investigators, appraisers, and other professionals whose insight may be critical to achieving successful outcomes for clients.

David's extensive knowledge of public records and government transparency is a valuable asset to the firm. He has significant experience navigating Florida's public records laws and obtaining information from government agencies that may be essential to litigation, investigations, and case development. His ability to locate information, coordinate resources, and assist with complex factual inquiries strengthens the firm's ability to effectively advocate for clients in a wide range of legal matters.

Having worked alongside the firm's founder and attorneys since 2007, David possesses deep institutional knowledge of Bogle Law's operations, values, and commitment to client service. His resourcefulness, attention to detail, and dedication to supporting the legal team make him an indispensable part of the firm's success. Whether coordinating investigations, locating specialized resources, assisting with public records requests, or managing operational functions behind the scenes, David helps ensure the firm's attorneys have the information, support, and infrastructure necessary to effectively represent their clients. As part of the Operations Team, David works alongside his sons, Baron H. Bogle and Brenner M. Bogle, whose roles are focused on administrative, operational, research, and case-support functions that assist the attorneys and staff in serving the firm's clients.

Outside of the office, David remains actively engaged in current events and issues affecting the local community. He values staying informed about developments in government, public policy, and matters that impact the citizens and businesses of Southwest Florida. His interest in community affairs reflects the same commitment to service, accountability, and problem-solving that he brings to his role at Bogle Law.

David also maintains a strong interest in legal research, constitutional principles, and government transparency. His appreciation for these subjects complements his work supporting the firm's attorneys and helping clients navigate complex legal matters. Away from work, he enjoys spending time with his sons, Baron and Brenner, working on equipment and hands-on projects, boating, and participating in sport shooting activities. He remains proud of his Texas roots and the values of hard work, self-reliance, and community service that continue to guide both his personal and professional life.
