I founded Bogle Law, P. A. with the belief and vision that Justice is for All. I am an advocate for finding the true story of each case and every person that I represent. I believe in hard work, preparation, thorough investigation and truth-seeking representation.
Kristin L. Polk is a fifth-generation Charlotte County native. Kristin graduated from the University of Florida where she received her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology. She then received her Juris Doctorate from Stetson University College of Law in 2009.
Mr. Bogle has experience in Sales, Marketing, Accounting, Management and Human Resources. He attended Cappella University and Collin County Community College. He also has an AAS degree in Middle-Level Management from Tyler Junior College. David is a Notary Public for the State of Florida.
Baron has been a member of the Bogle Law team for two years. Baron is a Notary Public which gives him the authority to notarize legal documents of any kind.
