David has over twenty years of experience in business leadership. He is a member of the First Amendment Foundation. The First Amendment Foundation works to ensure openness and transparency in our government and promotes trust and involvement in our democratic system. The organization and its members work to protect free speech. In 1992, Florida amended its Constitution to make access to Public Records an enforceable right. David heads the the firm's public records research activities and handles the firms operations.

Mr. Bogle has experience in Sales, Marketing, Accounting, Management and Human Resources. He attended Cappella University and Collin County Community College. He also has an AAS degree in Middle-Level Management from Tyler Junior College. David is a Notary Public for the State of Florida.
